<p>The orgasm causes the body to liberate a hormone called dopamine, which relaxes you and gives you a high. But unfortunately, the ejaculation causes the body to release another hormone, the prolactin. This is the hormone that makes you feel like sleeping. Because of prolactin, you pretty much loose your libido and you have a refractory period. Which means that for most of us, we need to rest to have an erection once again. When you learn to split the ejaculation and the orgasm, you can then experience the good sides of dopamine without the unpleasant sides of prolactin.</p>

Actually, I almost have no refractory periods anymore when I decide to release sperm. <p>The tip is to get to know with your own arousal and your own feelings and stay in control at all time. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok I admit, for most of my life I had a problem with premature ejaculation. I don&#8217;t mind talking about that now because I was finally able to solve it a few months ago (almost a year now).
